Marlin‚‚s 100 year commemorative edition model 336 rifle chambered in .35 Remington. 1870-1970. The centenial rifles were only made for one year in 1970. This JM stamped rifle was made by the original Marlin company. Overall condition is good. It shows wear on the metal and wood consistant with light to moderate field use. Metal rated at 90-95% and wood rated at 85-90% conservatively. It sports a 20\" blued Microgroove barrel. Rifle bore and muzzle are in great shape. Rifling is crisp and shiny. Notes: Front sight hood is missing, sling swivels and rubber recoil pad added/not original. It does sport the 100 year commemorative medalion on the right side of the buttstock.
