SOLD at a bargain price a beautiful, early production 1960's Royal Blue Colt Diamondback with a Snub Nose 2.5" barrel--the gun featured in the 1968 movie Bullitt starring Steve McQueen.
The blue finish shows very light handling marks and rates a strong 99% with light silvering to sharp edges. Beautifully marbled, checkered walnut grips are in excellent condition. The silver Rampant Colt medallions are excellent with no signs of wear or discoloration.
The bore and cylinders are bright with no frosting; trigger is silky; timing is perfect and lock-up is solid. Zero cylinder end-play with a cylinder gap at a precise factory mininum spec of .006". This classic revolver has been fired very little if at all.

A 1968 Diamondback is highly collectable and hard to find in this condition. It has been professionally appraised for $3,100.
