Description:
About a 45 caliber 34 inch heavy weight full octagon barrel. 1-1/8 inches across the muzzle. Tapped for scope blocks. Very nice bright shiny bore. Receiver is marked Martini Patent and is very nicely engraved. Barrel is in the white and the frame is a silver patina. Wood is a plain grain Walnut with a cheek piece. Sharp checkering on the forearm and pistolgrip. Forearm flairs out a little bit and looks very good. Fine action and features double set triggers which function very nicely. Missing the buttplate. This gun should make a great shooter. This is a project gun for someone to finish. It would require a chamber cast to find out the caliber for sure. A 45-70 does chamber. But we would not fire it with all of the unknowns.
