Description:
Very rare factory original L.C. Smith 2 barrel set in Grade 2E and this one in 16ga. Barrel sets measure 26" and 30" (both original length). This gun made with two splinter forends, both with banjo roll type releases. Gun made with Hunter One Single Selective Trigger, Auto ejectors, and straighthand English Grip. Gun is nicely engraved in typical Grade 2 pattern with birds on sides surrounded by light scroll. The stock terminates with an aging Silver's type pad.
Overall, the gun remains in very nice original condition. Both barrel sets retain about 95% original blue. Stocks are sound and retain about 95% original finish with some minor handling marks. The action retains about 1/2 of its original toning case color. Mechanics are crisp and the bores are all bright and shiny.
