Nazi Occupied Czechoslovakia
Here we present a C&R German Occupation CZ 27 Pistol, made circa 1944-45 in Czechoslovakia. The Model 27 was adopted by the Third Reich upon their seizure of ?eská zbrojovka after their invasion and occupation in 1939.
Many of these semi-automatic, .32 ACP/7.65mm blowback pistols were manufactured until the end of the war, becoming somewhat less finished toward the end in an attempt to save on cost, time and resources. The machining marks grew more visible and the blue applied to the earlier guns was changed to a phosphate finish, as is this one. Many of these were put in the hands of officers and police during World War II.
This specimen is marked “Pistole Modell 27/Kal.7,65” on the left side of the slide and the “WaA76” German WaffenAmts.
The overall condition is very good. Excellent action. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The grip is in nice shape.
