Sold...Greg...A fine original World War 2 U.S. Model M1 Combat Helmet with its original Firestone liner, fixed bales and front seam and the original Invasion netting. This is an original and well used salty M1 combat helmet with original wear in all the right places. The original Firestone liner has its brass rivets and A clips. A post-war sweatband and nape strap were added after the war probably for Korean War use. The leather liner/chin strap is a WW2 original replacement.
