This is a Riverside Arms Co./Chicopee Falls, Mass. 16 ga. boxlock gun with 28” barrels. Riverside was a house brand name for the Stevens Arms & Tool Co. Model 215 boxlock hammer gun. This model was made from 1914 to about 1926 in 12 and 16 ga. It is mechanically sound, has excellent bores, and is ready to shoot. It is in good to very good condition with considerable case color – ca. 80%. . The left hammer is very hard to cock. Very few of these lower prced 100 year old guns survive it this good of condition.
