Steel is in very good condition, with bluing wear, scuffs and scrapes, there are several small dents in the floor plate.
Wood is in good condition, with no cracks. It has been refinished and some decoration has been added using a wood burning tool. There is an animal on each side of the buttstock and some leaves and scroll on the underside of the forearm. The bottom of the grip also has some decoration added and some lines added alongside the trigger guard. There has also been some attempt to recut some of the checkering. The decorations that have been added are fairly shallow and could probably be sanded out and the stock refinished to look correct.
Bore is bright with strong rifling.
