Description:
This rifle is SOLD , I'm offering for sale the nicest Savage rifle I own, a model A, ( round ) 26" barrel in the 38/55. Truly a hard one to come by excpecially in this condition, I'd say 80-90%, original blue, and I'd say finish as well, all numbers match. I've never shot this 1904 Mfg'd rifle. Which is unusual around here cause I'm a loader and shooter. One sold on the west coast for over 3k and it had extra holes in reciever, non here.Schnauble forearm and crescent butt plate, straight grip stock. Rocky Mountain style blade front and semi-buckhorn rear.sn 40.311, dates to 1904. I ship only to C&R holders or FFL of your choice. Ship through USPS priority insured with a tracking number. If this was any other brand it would be twice the money so if you've plans on negotiating a lower price , good luck ! My number is 920-590-3400 in the mean time enjoy your day. This price includes shipping and insurance within the lower 48. I'm a private collector reducing the size of my collection, trust me you will all come to that cross road.
