Description:
Colt engraved Wells Fargo & CO. Single Action Army chambered in .45 Colt is in excellent condition. It features an elaborate engraving on the cylinder of a stage coach scene and a portrait of William G. Fargo and Henry Wells. It has "1852-1977" and" Wells Fargo & CO." engraved on the left side of the barrel and "OVERLAND STAGE" and a "Wells Fargo chest outdoor scene" on the right side of the barrel. The left side of the frame has a scroll engraving around a banner that says "1 of 50". The right side of the frame has an engraving of a city street scene. It also has a scroll engraved backstrap and butt. It has a nickel-plated finish, fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight, and smooth walnut grip panels. It has minor handling marks and a smooth action. SN: SA09754 .45 Colt
