In this listing we are offering a Sig Model SHR 970. The rifle is chambered in 7mm Rem. Mag. and features a 24 inch barrel, a detachable box magazine (3 round), iron sights, forward set trigger and a 3 positon saftey. This rifle is in excellent condition both inside and out. The rifle is 100% mechanically perfect with a very smooth action to the bolt, a 65 degree short throw bolt that locks up tight, directly to the barrel. The bore on the rifle is excellent, very bright and crisp. These rifles were made in Switzerland and introduced into the US in 1998. This SHR(Swiss Hunting Rifle) is in Excellent conditon, 95% plus with the metal finish and stock both in excellent condition. The rifle comes complete with a Scmidt and Bender 6x42 Klassik.
