REDUCED!! RARE, U.S. HOFFER-THOMPSON MDL. 1907 CAL. .22. USING THE 1903 SPRINGFIELD AS A BASE. THERE WERE ONLY A LITTLE OVER 15,000 EVER MADE. IT'S CONDITION IS PRISTINE, RETAINING ABOUT 98% 0F THE ORIGINAL ARSENAL FINISH. THE VERY LITTLE LOSS THERE IS, IS DUE TO SOME VERY SLIGHT SHARP EDGE SILVERING, AND SOME SLIGHT MOVEMENT OF THE BOLT. THE STOCK IS OUSTANDING. RETAINING ABOUT 99% OF THE ORIGINAL FACTORY FINISH. THERE IS A CIRCLE "P" PROOF ON THE WRIST AND A CARTOUCHE AND A "2D 7" STAMPED ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE VERY FRONT OF THE STOCK IS STAMPED "R. I.". THE SLIDE RAILS, BOLT FACE AND FEED RAMP SHOW VERY LITTLE USE. THE BARREL IS STAMPED "S. A./FLAMING BOMB/7-19". THE BORE IS PRISTINE LIKE THE REST OF THE GUN, MIRROR BRIGHT WITH LAZER SHARP RIFLING NOT A WHISP OF FROST ANYWHERE.
IT COMES WITH TWO ORIGINAL HOFFER-THOMPSON CARTRIDGE INSERTS, ONE HAS A SMALL CHIP OUT OF IT'S RIM. THIS "ARSENAL QUEEN" WOULD SATISFY THE MOST CRITCAL COLLECTOR AND IS EASILY A COLLECTION CENTER PIECE. MODESTLY PRICED AT ......WAS $4750.... NOW $4250.**
