Description:
24 inch octagon barrel has been cleaned leaving surfaces bright gun metal gray with scattered areas of light pitting with some tool marks near the receiver. Bore is dark with roughness throughout and no distinguishable rifling. Full magazine is mostly a brown patina with traces of blue in protected areas. Action is a brown gray patina. The bolt has a piece out of it and there is no extractor. Plain walnut stocks have a coat of finish added with the forearm having a small splinter missing along the top edge on each side where it meets the fore end cap. The stock a couple of tight cracks on the left side near the upper tang and an age crack on the middle right side. Original sights.
