This is a gorgeous example of a very rare modern remake of the gold engraved Walther PP that Adolf Hitler received as a gift on his 50th birthday. This is one of only a few guns made by the American Historical Foundation. It is plated with 24k gold and beautifully engraved by the master engraver Tim George. Other examples feature hand-carved Ivory grips with Hitler's initials "AH" on the left panel and a Walther banner logo on the right, but the 'AH' mark was purposefully omitted on this example. The slide legend on the left side reads "Ehrengabe der Familien Walther" which loosely translates to "Honorarium from the Walther Family". This is meant to be an exact copy of the original. It is in mint condition with no obvious wear. Just a beautiful example of a one-of-a-kind gun. Also comes with a gold magazine with a gold engraved bottom. Mint bore.
