Here is an almost mint example of this classic Colt Government Model 1911. Collectors love the original Series 70 for their workmanship and high quality finish. Manufactured in 1978 Everything is original and the wood grips look as if they just left the factory. The Blue is high-gloss and this 44 year old is a real beauty. The bore is bright and shining. The gun probably has been fired but has almost certainly been a safe queen. The gun will be shipped in a new hard case.
