An absolute dandy lightning fast handling lightweight little 12ga Churchill Premier quality gun, this one made with 25" (XXV) fluid steel barrels that have Churchill's famous rib. Made with checkered splinter forend with fully engraved iron. Fully engraved sidelock action with gold inlay on bottom "THE PREMIERE QUALITY" and the word "SAFE" in gold in front of safety button. Straight English stock is of finely figured best quality English Walnut and checkered in point pattern through the wrist and has a fine thin black leather covered pad at butt. The gun is housed in a brown leather case.
Overall, the gun remains in fine original condition. The barrels retain nearly all of a best quality London reblue. Case hardened coin finished action is excellent with crisp engraving. Trigger guard shows most of an earlier best quality London reblue. Stocks are sound and retain most of their hand rubbed finish. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp. Case is excellent with minor rubs.
An absolute best quality gun all the way around and this one in my favorite configuration- an absolutely lethal little game gun!
