1896 Colt SAA Frontier Six Shooter wearing a 7.5 inch Blued barrel and hard rubber Ramparts grips. Chambered in .44-40 caliber. Smooth four click action and tight lockup, all roll marks are crisp and legible with no rust or pitting. This Colts serial number puts it to be approximately the 845th SAA produced with the new smokeless powder frame with the cross pin latch on cylinder pin. Overall excellent condition showing this Colt has had a pampered life in its 126 years since it left Hartford Ct.
