*** SOLD *** Handsome and fully engraved Italian-made 12 gauge Filli. Gamba Montreal Grade 2 Sporting / Trap / Skeet Competition shotgun cased with 3 sets of barrels and two sets of hand detachable trigger groups. Made in 1980 this great gun comes with 30"(76cm) and 28"(71cm) barrels both of which were added later and are Briley choked. The gun originally came with 26-3/4”(68cm) Boehler Steel barrels with the famed “Tula” style skeet chokes to commemorate Gamba’s win in International Skeet in the 1972 Olympics. The gun was beautifully engraved and signed by Corti e Narcisi and has a highly figured European walnut stock. It is interesting to note that both Danielle Perazzi and Ivo Fabbri learned the guntrade at the benches of Gamba! *** The Briley choke tubes include the following: Skeet 1, 2-IC, LMod, 2-Mod, and 2-IMod along with a Briley choke wrench. *** The highly figured European walnut stock has an adjustable comb and an adjustable Graco recoil pad. The length of pull is 14-5/8” as pictured. The comb is adjustable so the shooter can set his/her preferred drop at comb and heel. *** The gun is cased in a nice trunk case. It shows little wear on the outside but the inside lining needs some minor repair work. Come with washers for the adjustable comb and the tools to adjust the Graco recoil pad. *** This is a beautifully engraved high quality over/under ready for game or clays. It is a unique competition gun with its three sets of barrels and meets the needs of the contemporary shooter with its adjustable comb and recoil pad.
