Description:
In 1961 my Dad bought a surplus 1903a3 through the NRA. It came directly from the US Army. A couple years later, he "sporterized " this rifle, but saved all of the pieces not used in the conversion. 61 years later I discovered this treasure wrapped and stored carefully.
Photos should tell you what is included, that is everything I have. Each piece is marked with a "R" someplace. There is no wear or signs of use on anything. Slight punch marks on front sight from removal. Safe/ready lever looks like it has been polished slightly.
I have included copies of the original paperwork, as far as I can tell, the rifle was manufactured April 1943.
