Description:
A fine 16 gauge fowler by contemporary maker Kevin Blevins. Styled as a "club butt" gun that would have been made in New England. 41 inch jug choked barrel. Jug choking extends the effective range when using shot, and does not at all affect accuracy with roundballs. A real accurate shooter. Only shot on a couple occasions. Thinning the collection. LOP is standard (14 inch I believe). 16 gauge comes out to roughly a .66 caliber. Smoothbore barrel. Beautiful wood with nice figure that is hard to see from the photos. Thanks
