Description:
The Savage Arms® 110 Hunter offers shooters a practical, reliable, and versatile bolt-action rifle that's well suited for hunting or target shooting. The 110 Hunter model comes with an injection molded, aluminum bedded synthetic stock that provides a stable platform for consistent accuracy. The stock allows shooters to quickly adjust length-of-pull. The fore-end and pistol grip surfaces have molded checkering that provide a non-slip hold. Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger® delivers a light, crisp release with no creep and minimizes the risk of an accidental discharge with a lever mounted within the trigger body that blocks the sear until the trigger is intentionally pressed in the center. The basic bolt design assures that the locking lugs fully contact the receiver, holding the headspace to a minimum every time the bolt is locked. The tight headspace contributes to the excellent accuracy Savage rifles are known for. The matte-finished, sporter weight, carbon steel barrel features precision button-rifling. A 3-position receiver tang safety is easy to reach with the shooter's thumb and allows the rifle to be loaded and unloaded in the safe position. .308 Winchester
