The SKS is a semi-automatic carbine chambered for the 7.62×39mm round, designed in 1943 by Sergei Gavrilovich Simonov, It is essentially the semi-automatic carbine version of the AK-47. The rifle features a 20½” barrel, w/ integral bayonet and AN OD Green sling. Purchased from an old gentleman's collection and is new and unfired.
