Mauser Model B Sporter cal. 8x60 made in 1936-37. This model B is in very nice condition with claw scope mount system hlf round half octogon barrel and set triggers. The fine extra cost options are less common on the Model B rifles. Rifle is fitted with claw mount for scope. The scope is not included. This rifle is a Mauser catalog variant No.140 or 142 and is fairly uncommon. 24" barrel, walnut stock, full checkering, steel grip cap and original butt plate. Rear sight is two leaf type. Overall a nice looking Model B in a desirable configuration looking for a new home. REDUCED to $2,000 plus shipping and insurance for this rifle. C&R ok on this one. CC +3% bank fee.
