Mauser byf 43 m code 9mm WWII pistol with holster and capture papers May 1945. Finish is a 98% +. SN.1846 m.
One of the byf 43 code m block with very early very sharp Blue finish, all matching with ex bore and red/brown grips.
Two mags 9mm, one marked P.30v on side and waffen amp on edge WaA359, other mag is post war numbered and dated 8/58.
Sharp and crisp collectors grade WWII P38.
Holster is maker marked Joseph Moll, Goch/ RHI??? and waffen amp and numbered on the rear 57666 with a small eagle under number, overall condition is EX and solid with all tight stitching.
The WWII veteran soldier that returned with it was in the 872nd Field Artillery Battery B which is a part of the 66th Infantry Division ( Black Panther Division) saw extream action at St. Nazarie and Lorient Pocket during WW2. I will supply with the P38 the with the original capture papers and copies of his DD-214 and Discharge.
