This Browning A-5 12g Light w/serial No. 334xxx (1951) w/the unique "Round Knob" has matching numbers throughout.
That is the Barrel, Buttstock and Hand Guard all have "Matching Numbers". This was only avaiable w/Round Knobs from
1947 (When first introduced) to 1966), The guns bluing is abt 98% w/no edgewear - throughout the receiver,barrel and trigger
housing. The Buttstock has no dings, cracks or rubs. The forearm is the same. The checkering is perfect, It overal appears
as a medium tone beautiful Belgium Walnut w/fine darker strains of graining. The trigger Hsg is set off w/a "Gold Trigger".
This to me is a rarer & more beatiful presentation of the Belgium - Browning craftsmanship. This could have been an earlier restoration
as it appears almost in an ANIB condition.
The Belguin 12g Barrel has the correct lightining holes in it and the barrel side is marked w/a choke of **- (Improved Cylinder Choke), The barrel length is a 26 inch w/a LOP of 14 4/8".
This to me rates an "NRA Excellent" and is for the discerning and serious "Browning A-5 12g Light Collector"
