1953, .220 Swift w/26 inch stainless barrel. Approximately 19,934 were produced in the Pre-64 era. Very good condition, 98% bore, action, bluing, and wood. Metal butt with wear mostly at the top. Some minor wear on bolt knurl. Stock has some wear, meaning a small ding, but no dents, gouges, or chips. Finish is intact. Rifle was purchased in like-new condition and has been kept by me for 15 years or so. Has been shot by me and possibly has spent less than 150 rounds. Rifle shoots flat to 400 yards or further, without a problem. One of three I own and was not shot on a regular basis at all. Sporting correct rear sight for period. All original and an excellent piece for your Pre-64 shooter. SN# 255983 w/ same on bolt. The Swift is still a very cool rifle.
Rifle has 6x24x42 Weaver varmint scope w, duplex cross-hair. Not the best , but not the worst. Screws for receiver will be provided.
