Description:
This Mauser 1934, is an Early Commercial with the Crown/Crown/U behind the rear sight. (Late 1934 Commercials have a Crown/N). Serial #571086, and is all matching. The Mauser stamp on the right sideplate is of the elongated and fat banner style. The bore is mirror bright with no pits or dark areas at all in the bore. The one piece curved back stocks have a very small chip in the front right edge. Checkering has smoothed on both side but still very noticeable with texture. Screws have clean undamaged slots. Bluing rates a 92%+ with thinning on leading edges and top of slide. Front grip is thinned to grey with some blue loss on the trigger guard. Slide locks back and magazine feeds perfectly. Overall a very good 1934 Mauser. Refer to reference book ," Mauser Pocket Pistols 1910-1946" by Roy G. Pender pages 28,160-163 and 178-181). For sale only in lower 48 states USA. Shipping $25.00.
