That was done around 1923. The rifle's serial number is 651325. It has the standard 20 inch barrel. The sights are original to this gun. The bore is in good condition with sharp lands. The barrel blue is intact in protected places. The barrel and magazine is in mostly plum patina condition. The original nickle finish is in very fine condition. The plating shows some ageing. There is no plating separation from the receiver. There is some small plating spot loss behind the trigger guard and in front of the trigger guard. The bolt retains almost all of the original finish. This Nickel plating is very bright and pleasing and looks great with that aged nickel look. The stock and pump handle have no cracks or damage. The stock has some very nice Tiger Stripe look on both sides of the stock. This is a great looking Expert Model! The original plating is very strong and pleasing. The stock is very pretty and in great condition!
