Only 9,999 of these made in 1970, so 52 years old!

This rifle rates in excellent condition around the 95% range. (Factory drilled and tapped. It has scope base added) Slight handling, or safe wear, (minor on levers and buttplates) so not perfect but no cracks, scratches, nicks, or repairs.
