J. C. Higgins Model 41 DLA - Bolt Action - Single Shot .22 LR Rifle - Smooth Monte Carlo pistol grip style stock with chrome trigger guard. 22 in. long barrel with open rear sight and a front beaded hood sight. Receiver grooved for scope. Includes an original Ted Williams 4x scope with mtgs.rings. Scope has clear lens and is in excellent condition. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 85% to 90 % bluing. Bore is clean and bright. Bolt action still has original ejector sleeve. Butt plate is in great condition. Stock has very few small handling marks . The overall condition of the rifle is excellent. Rifle has seen very little use. These were manufactured by Marlin for J.C. Higgins and are similar to the Marlin model 122. Manufactured from 1961 to 1965 . This is a great addition to any collection.
