Description:
7 shot spur trigger pocket revolver with 2-3/8 inch round barrel chambered in 22 RF Short caliber. Bore has some shine with visible rifling as well as a few scattered pits. Most all of the original nickel plating remains. Cylinder has a little oxidation. The hammer has good traces of case color while the trigger is a gray coloration. Walnut grips look excellent retaining most original varnish and show very little usage mars. Action functions fine. Top of frame is marked "SMITH'S PATENT / APR 15, 1873, No. 22". Nice example of a Smith revolver.
