Description:
SOLD.....,YOU'LL NEVER SEE ANOTHER!........This Revolver de 11mm modele: (unknown, c.1873) appears similar to a M-1873 but with le complecations. The two interesting complications are the ejector rod latch and the hinged side plate.
First, notice that the ejector rod is retained by a heavy pivoting latch.
Secondly the hinged left side plate is retained by a robust pivoting lever. The side plate can swing open, and the left grip and trigger guard removed. This exposes the mechanism for cleaning and repair.
This mechanism strikes me as a project designed by committee, overly complicated and complex.
The revolver is in beautiful condition, it functions as new. The bore and chambers are clean and new looking, it may never have been fired. It is beautifully engraved, and nickel plated. There are a few minor scattered spots on the nickel, the plating and engraving appear to be period done. The removeable left grip has a chip under the trigger guard area. I don’t find it objectional, but an easy repair, splice and checker a patch on.
This is a very interesting revolver made at the French St Etienne armory, that remains in excellent condition. This unusual revolver will make a great addition to many collections. Serial Number: 6224, Caliber 11mm with a 4 ½” barrel.

SHIPPING:

RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
