Remington Model 30-S Express Bolt Action Rifle in .30-06. SN #23125. Mfg. in Dec. 1933. LOP 14 1/4". 24" Heavy Tapered Barrel with an EXCELLENT Bright Bore with STRONG RIFLING. Both the Blued Metal and the Checkered Pistol Grip Stock and Forend have been FULLY RESTORED by SHOOTER'S EXCHANGE and LOOK GREAT. Open sights with a ramped front sight and a Lyman Rear adjustable Target Peep Sight. Top of Receiver is tapped for a scope. Mauser Style Bolt with Claw Ejector. New Recoil Pad. Smooth action. Curved serrated trigger. MAY HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST MODEL 30-S EXPRESS RIFLES MADE AS RESEARCH HAS THEM STARTING TO BE MADE IN 1934. Weight: 8 lbs. Trigger Pull: 3 lbs.
