The FN SCAR 17S is chambered in .308 Winchester and is the semi auto version of SOCOM‚‚s service rifle. Employing a 16\" chrome lined barrel that is fully free floating, short stroke gas piston system, and monolithic upper receiver there is no doubt about this rifle delivering on the reputation FN has established for quality. Additionally the SCAR 17S utilizes a folding collapsible stock and reversible bolt charging handle.
