Serial #00175ZR86A, .45-70 Gov’t., 20" heavy octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome rifle that retains practically all of the original blue finish on the barrel and magazine tube, and all of the original color case-hardening on the frame, lever, forend cap, and buttplate. The deluxe checkered pistol-grip stock and forend are likewise in excellent, virtually unused condition, and have no obtrusive handling marks or blemishes. The rifle is housed in the original Winchester box with cover sleeve, and is accompanied by the original papers, and chamber lock. This is a splendid modern 1886, and is in almost factory new condition. FFL
