We offer you a “CAMO” Steyr Mannlicher Elite Tactical Stainless Bolt Action Scout Rifle in .308 Winchester with the Realtree Hardwoods Camo Finish.
The Steyr Scout Rifle was the result of a unique and nearly decade-long collaboration between Lt. Col. Jeff Cooper and Steyr Mannlicher, GmbH. Jeff created the concept for the Scout rifle which is unique rifle to say the least. The Scout stock features an integrated bipod, and five sling-swivel attachment points that allow the use of a standard sling or Cooper’s favored Ching Sling on either side of the rifle. Another great feature is a second magazine is uniquely stored in the rear of the stock and a set trigger. There are also backup “Ghost-Ring” iron sights that are integrated to the top rail. On the bottom are the fold away bi-pod legs as shown. Measuring just 39.4 inches and weighing in right at 8 pounds. The factory threaded stainless barrel has a Custom “Quiet” muzzle brake installed. The bore is in excellent condition with no issues. The stock finish shows some light wear and marks from use as you can see. The metal finish shown a few very light use marks. The left side of the receiver is marked “SAI, Bessemer, AI SCOUT – 3072055 – STEYR MANNLICHER AUSTRIA”. The rifle comes with the two factory 5-round magazines but nothing else was found for the rifle.
