Non-Import Underwood 2.8 mil S/N USGI M1 Carbine with post-WWII arsenal upgrades. The barrel is a Springfield Armory with a rare (early) 9-49 date with an excellent bright, shiny bore and an ME that gauges a little over 2. The stock is a very sturdy type V and has no repairs,cracks or other issues. Receiver and barrel finish in very good to excellent condition, with some greying and normal wear on the trigger housing. Rear sight has been replaced with a late/post war adjustable type. It should make a nice shooter. $65 S&H. Needs a C&R or FFL Dealer for transfer.
