Description:
Winchester Model 1903 .22 Winchester Automatic semi automatic rifle, dated to 1911. This rifle features walnut furniture with a unique semi automatic action, with a tube magazine in the stock, and the charging rod on the front of the forend. The rifle is a takedown model, and easily breaks down into two pieces with a simple locking thumb screw on the back of the receiver. The rifle is in great working order with a smooth action and very nice bore, and fully functional mechanism. Some signs of age and use over the decades is present, all of which is visible in the photos. A small crack is present on the heel of the stock, as shown. This is a very nice, functional, rust-free example of an early production Winchester 1903!
