*** SOLD *** Among the best I have seen and one of my most requested calibers. Here is an investment grade example of the very scarce 300 H&H Magnum caliber Model 70 Super Grade. SN 276*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1953. 99% Blue and Varnish. 26" standard weight barrel. Solid bolt knob. Bore and mechanics are flawless and it does not appear to have been fired much if any beyond factory test. All original and correct SG components are present including the deluxe stock, properly stamped floor plate, robust detachable swivels, a 255 height Redfield gold bead front sight, etc. Rifles made in 300 H&H caliber represent just over 6% of all Model 70 production. Super Grade rifles made in 300 H&H represent dramatically fewer than that! They seldom surface and virtually never in this shape. This would be a stunning addition to any advanced Model 70 collection. Shipping from Alaska is $75 via Priority Mail with full insurance in a custom cut foam lined box for maximum protection.
