Very nice original pre-war gas trap garand receiver. Original finish. Dates to Feb 1940. This receiver has not had the 7th round modification done. Early receivers are getting harder and harder to find. Standard WWII receivers are selling for $700-$1000. This is a rare, unique original piece. Would be great for an early gun build. Must ship to a FFL, not C&R eligible. Asking $1500. $50 shipping to the lower 48 only where legal to own.
