Kimber 82 "S" Series, short run of 500,made in Oregon. Outstanding wood,super high condition,1 of 500 made.Special run in 1981-82
Top of barrel marked " Kimber of Oregon, Inc, Clackamamas Oregon, U.S.A."
This was the Super Grade version avaiable only to Kimber Master dealers at the time and has become very collectible.
Has the Nieder type buttplate with the spur,22 line per inch checkering,ebony forend,metal grip cap.
Note: I have aded and will included a set of Tally Rings to fit this Kimber-hard to find with curved top dovetale.
Also have a Leupold VX Freedom 2x7x33 Rimfire Scope-available for it for added cost (250) Pictured added with scope on the rifle
Excellent condition,has 99%+++ bluing with just a couple light handling marks.Wood is also excellent,best quality checkered walnut stock with outstanding figure excellent with -some minor crazing to the finsih on buttstock.No sights factory grooved for mounts,
Great bolt action 22 ,just add a nice scope and enjoy it while they continue to go up in value
