Winchester Pre 64 Super Grade 220 Swift
Transition Model (1946-1948)
Pre war type clover leaf receiver with barrel stamped S-(stainless) 22 (220 Swft) 1942
Post war type safety. 26" stainless sporter weight barrel.
Fitted with a side mounted Lyman type fully adjustable peep sight and a globe style front sight hood.
It appears that both the metal and the wood retain their original finishes.The condition of the metal is at least 98%
The wood would rate equally as high exept for one defect behind the peep sight. See pics.
The length of pull is 13 3/8" to the end of the Winchester recoil pad.
The gun has obviously seen little use as shown on the feed ramp,bolt face, and locking lugs. (pics available)
