Winchester Sight Number 82A. For Winchester Model 52 Rifles. This sight mounts in the large dovetail on the top of the receiver of many Winchester Model 52 Rifles. The sight is adjustable for windage and elevation. The sight drawing is from my copy of “The Sight Book” by George Madis. The last two photos which show a similar sight on a Winchester Model 52 Rifle are photos I found on the internet.
This sight is in excellent condition with most of its original finish. Everything works as it should. There is no damage anywhere on this sight. The leaf springs that give the windage knobs clicks are both present and in good condition. The elevation knob moves and clicks like it should. The sight folds up and down as it should. This sight looks nearly new.
