Description:
Winchester Model 42, .410 bore pump action shotgun. Made in 1953 this gun was upgraded with a rarely seen Herters vent rib on the 28” full choked barrel. The frame was nicely reblued when the rib was added, and the bolt and carrier have been “jeweled”.
The best part of this upgrade is that the stock and forearm are actual/factory set of Winchester Double Diamond Deluxe wood, that are very desirable in their own right!
Buy it because it is a really, nice looking 42 and/or buy it for the wood!!
