Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action. Made in 1920. Mechanically excellent. 24 inch round barrel chambered in the desirable 44 WCF caliber with full length mag tube. Sights include a German silver blade front and a sporting rear. Most thinning barrel and mag blue remain. Receiver has smooth metal and has a gun metal gray patina. Walnut stocks are in good condition and show the usual handling mars of a 102 year old Winchester. Crisp action and a good bore should make this a fine shooter. These Model 1892 rifles in 44-40 caliber are getting very hard to find!
