Description:
The Fabrique Nationale Model 1949 (M49) in 8 MM Mauser. This is an autoloading battle rifle that was adopted by the militaries of many nations. Though it was a reliable, well designed and built rifle, it was limited to a 10 round magazine and FN lost sales to other selective-fire rifles of that time. This rifle was 1 of the 37,000 M49s manufactured for the Egyptian military. This rifle is in very good mechanical condition with many handling marks on the stock. 8mm Mauser
