Description:
This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1 Garand is a semi-auto U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The new butt stock is not original and is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The new forearm is not original and is a two piece hardwood. Receiver Serial Number 3042813 (1944). The barrel is stamped SA 8535448 5 65BU15. The left side of the stock is stamped with 3 stars and an eagle underneath them. .30-06 Springfield
