Description:
FN Herstal M.1946.HV in 9MM Luger. This is a Danish contract Hi-Power pistol making it rare as only 1700 pistols were shipped to Denmark in 1946. Fixed sights with usual serrated front sight as unique to the Danish contract guns. Early post-war features include internal extractor, thumbprint slide, and rust blued finish. Slide with usual FN markings on the left side and scattered Belgian proofs. Danish markings on left side of frame. Matching serial number on barrel hood, slide and frame. Checkered walnut panels, the left recessed for a lanyard ring. Magazine with aluminum follower and button fixated floorplate. Complete with presentation case, Holster, and 2 Mags. 9mm Luger
