Description:
On Hold Sale Pending.  Us Model 1816 Springfield originally made as a flintlock converted to percussion in the 1850s I believe by H&P in 69 Caliber.  The full 3 band dark walnut stock is in good condition showing normal dents dings and wear with 2 faint cartouches on the left Flat.  Full length barrel is bright with scattered pitting.  The functioning  Lock is marked Springfield 1837 with the American eagle. US marked but plate and all metal parts are brown with scattered brown patina and scattered pitting. The musket appears original with sling swivels and ramrod present.  Shipping will be actual cost by insured usps priority mail with tracking.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
