SALE PENDING...Winchester Model 70 HV 223 Rem made in the New Haven era. Rifle is in excellent condition and has not been shot much at all. I was going to use this for a basis to build a 20-222 but never got around to it. Has a few very small safe dings but I would rate it at 98-99%. There is a set of Burris rings and bases that will come with the rifle. Rifle must ship to an FFL. Shipping is $65 to the lower 48 via UPS Ground. If you need this to be shipped from my FFL he charges $30 which will be added to the shipping.
